Came in to have my car appraised and a nice man said give me you're keys He came back 5 minutes later and my bumper damage was gone except for a small mark. He even touched it up No charge. I had a different repair shop quote me about $750.00 to fix If I ever need a body shop this is where I will go.

Robyn is the reason I continue to bring my vehicle to Boyd because he goes above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle and I are taken care of. My vehicle was repaired quickly and looked brand new after the repairs. Both Robyn and Edward W. did an excellent job and I am very grateful that they care about providing the very best in customer service. Thank you, Robyn and Edward. I was impressed with the service I received. The vehicle was repaired on time (actually one day earlier than anticipated). The employees were friendly and efficient, going over the repairs with me. The young lady that dropped me off and picked me up when repairs were finished was very pleasant. I would like to thank Chris (who appraised the vehicle) and Linda at the front desk, for their kindness in dealing with a rather upset "senior citizen" over the fact that the vehicle might get written off.

Edward was great from start to finish. I received approximately 3 phone calls for the update of my car. Sorry. Missed your call. When the car came back, it was like brand new; fixed with a beautiful car wash. He even offered to fix a small lamp problem which had nothing to do with the accident. Great service, Thank you.
