Teresa was great in scheduling the earliest appointment available and starting the paperwork early so all I needed to do was drop off my key and sign off on the work when my appointment came. I called craftsman collision and they told me it would be two weeks until I could get an appointment for them to look at my car and then I would have to make another appointment for them to fix my door and it would be about $75-$100. I decided to call Boyd instead and they told me to come down whenever I could no appointment needed. When I arrived there Duane took the time out of his already busy day to help me. He did an amazing job on my car and I wasn't charged for his time . He turned my bad day into a good one.
