I just want to thank Teresa and Michael for their amazing customer service. Teresa played no small part in really helping the paperwork get going as I was having issues with MPI. Her vast knowledge made the process go by much quicker than had I done it alone. Michael also offered practical advice and was available to answer any question I had during the process. Customer relations were outstanding! Warren the shop manager and Katelyn front desk ,went over and beyond making my 6 claims go smoothly ((dealing with MPI and re opening claims that were closed etc) and kept me up to date with phone calls on the progress of my truck. Warren took me in the back to show me how the work was coming along and answered every question and completed every request I had. They even put on mudflaps that I just purchased with no additional cost. Getting your vehicle repaired is usually a very stressful time for some but this experience made me worry free. Not only did they supply me with a courtesy car for free, the final result and workmanship they put into my truck was superb. The quality of service all around was 100% satisfaction. I was very pleased and amazed at the exceptional service Teresa had provided to me. My glass front driver window was shot at and I was upset and a big mess. She was supportive and understanding. She got me in right away and ensured I had my vechile fixed at back the next day! My family & I are so thankful for this prompt, friendly service I received from your staff member! She was pleasant, efficient & had depth knowledge on the process. Good customer service is hard to come by now a days and Teresa has proved that there are still excellent ppl out there! We will tell our family & friends about this positive experience we received!

I had heard through a family member that Boyd Autobody & Glass was very efficient and offered quality service, and through my own experience I was not let down! All of the staff went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service. The staff explained the repair process and the associated fees to me thoroughly, which was very much appreciated. My rear bumper was fixed within a day and a half, and they did a beautiful job. Most of all, I appreciated the staff's open communication with me on the progress of my vehicle's repairs via phone and email. I will definitely be coming here again in the future! Thank you!

I went there to fix my back bumper, and it was really great experience. They took pictures, and clearly explained everything to me. And my car was fixed within one day. Great customer service and great experience.

I came in because my power winow had become detached from the motor. Breanne, Blair and especially Moon were all very courteous and helpful. They looked at my car right away and had it fixed free of charge in under 20 minutes. I was blown away. Thank you so much for helping me out! This is my second time at this location and they have always been great. I really appreciate it. They are the only place I go for body work.

This is the second time with in the past year I have come to this Boyd Autobody location to get a smashed in window fixed. both times I have dealt with Rose K. I have to say, Rose has fantastic customer service skills. From minute one on the phone she was efficient, and to the point. She ordered the replacement window I needed and told me to come in right away (with out any prior appointment). It took a few hours, the whole job was done smoothly and correctly, at a good price. Thank you to Rose and the technicians who completed the job in a timely fashion with no notice whats so ever. Will definately be going back here if needed. Thanks guys!
