Glen and his staff took very good care of us and our vehicles. We had break and enters into all three of them and brought them to Boyd on the same day. Day of incident we were able to take one of three vehicles home. Great customer service and they made the process much less stressful.

Edward W. and team were absolutely amazing to work with. They really took their time to explain the process and provided a very thorough explanation for any work that would need to be done for my vehicle. I was side swiped and the team took care of the entire thing and it now looks completely flawless. They went above and beyond and even helped to fix a small rust spot for me free of charge. I could not be happier with the service. I would 100% recommend friends and family to this location.

I was very pleased with the work done. Boyd had our car back on the road before a competitor could even book an assessment appointment. The staff were super helpful and even provided several free services, e.g. defogged our headlight glass for free. Also, the car was washed and, to my surprise, appeared to be cleaned inside. The repairs were well done and reasonably priced

I am a repeat customer at Boyd's and I would like to thank Vince for doing such a great job with my Sierra truck. His attention to detail and the quality of work has been excellent. Vince kept me updated at each stage of the repair, and although it was in the shop for an extended period, Vince made sure it was worth the wait. I wish all service companies had staff like Vince - he was simply excellent and he took the extra effort to even help me unlock my door when I stupidly locked my keys in the vehicle when I came to pick it up. First class service that I would highly recommend!

Excellent Service from start to finish! Excellent communication in terms of letting you know where your car is in the process of repair. Very positive and welcoming atmosphere. Honest and reliable, will go out of their way to get your car in for repair as soon as they can. Car is returned clean inside and out and with speedy service.

The evaluation and booking were seamless and the repair was done promptly and without fuss. All contact with the insurance company was managed by Boyd. I was also intending to book to have a broken bodywork component replaced. It was done in minutes for free. Much appreciated and unexpected.

The front end of our car was damaged when my husband had an unfortunate run-in with a deer near Victoria. I took my car into Boyd late last week and was impressed with Jon and his team from the moment I arrived. Jon was quick but thorough with his estimate and scheduled me in for Tuesday of this week. The team arranged for a rental car for me which all went off without a hitch. Just picked up my car and it looks amazing! The paint match looks perfect and my front bumper has never looked better! Our truck window was smashed after hitting a bird on Hwy 1 near Winnipeg. While waiting (over 4 hours) for CAA help, we contacted Boyd's and spoke to Brittany. She was able to order the new window before we got there. We were worried we would not be able to get the truck to the shop by 6. We contacted Boyd's to let them know the towing truck was on the way. Teresa stayed late to meet us and was very helpful getting the truck into the shop and the work order started. The truck was ready by noon the next day and we continued our journey. Thanks Boyd's your service (and thoughtful employee's) was much appreciated !

I crash my 2015 highlander into a yield sign last month,I towed to Boyd 32nd street location,I was worried about my car because after accident the car never look like before,insurance suggested me some other body shops but I choose boyd 32nd,the reason is I had a good experience with this shop,the damage was close to 10000 $ they took 3 weeks when I got the car back it looks like brand new,I was worried about colour match because it was Tri-stage(white pearl),but the painters did a good job no one can tell it's been painted it's matching 100%factory,and I am 100%satisfied with the work,they detailed my car in and out,they did a really good job thank you guys for doing such a nice work,I will recommend this shop to my friends and family. Friendly and professional service. Kept us informed of the progress on the car with several phone calls. Let us know about the lower cost of using MPI insurance rather than the car rental company insurance to lower the deductible on the rental car. Made it very clear that we would need to pay our deductible before picking up the car as MPI had not yet determined liability. We would use Boyd again in the future.
