WOW.... these guys are good. I recently was involved in an accident where my car was rear ended. I had it towed to Boyd Richmond and they took care of the rest. Paolo and his team were courteous, professional and understanding of my requests and expectations throughout the repair process. I was kept informed during the repairs and always knew what stage my vehicle was at. I happened to stop in for a visit during the repairs and the team explained to me the factory specified process and tools they would be using to fix my car. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond to cover my car up and protect it while it was in the shop and they fixed up and old scrape on the front bumper for me. Special thanks to Ramil and the paint team for making my caddy look spectacular again. The quality of the repairs are top shelf and I am a ... discerning customer with high expectations. The replacement vehicle from Enterprise was new & clean and I was given a complimentary upgrade. Last but not least the detail /clean up dept did a stellar job cleaning my vehicle and getting it back to showroom shine. March 31/2017 I recently had my Honda Odyssey Van repaired at Boyd Autobody in Victoria BC for a significant amount of front end damage. My insurance company had recommended this company to me. I was very pleased to discover that the service was professional and courteous and the repair work was done promptly and efficiently. They did provide a comfortable newer model courtesy vehicle which I used throughout the repair period. Regarding my Odyssey van, it was over 10 years of age, and there was some question if the residual vehicle value as estimated by the insurance company would be less than the cost of repair. Regardless, as it turned out, much to my satisfaction, I have my vehicle back in excellent repair and good working condition. When my insurance company recommended Boyd to me, I wondered why they would recommend this particular ... company. One thing they did point out to me was the Lifetime Guarantee regarding the repairs that were done. Perhaps they have other reasons of there own, but I will say, I found my experience with this Boyd location and the people I encountered to be as straight forward and uncomplicated as could be expected after an unfortunate accident. In summary, if you do happen to deal with this location, I hope they will treat you as well as they did me. Yes, I would recommend this shop to my friends, but in honesty I would add that it is the only encounter I have had with Boyd. Luckily, I have had very few accidents, and I hope it stays that way. read more

I was really happy with the service from Boyd employees from start to finish. I asked for a quote and received one that was detailed and specific. I was able to have the damage repaired in a day, and the staff was really helpful in helping me find the best method in which to claim/pay for the damage. I was picked up when I had no other way of getting to the shop to pick up my vehicle and the employee was polite and nice to talk to. It was explained to me thoroughly how my vehicle was repaired, what the costs were associated with, and the extra mile they went to buff out some scratches on the body that were from the previous ownership of the vehicle. I received my vehicle back fully detailed, to which I was extremely impressed and apologetic about the mess I had left inside for these wonderful people to deal with! I wasn't expecting that, ... so it really iced the cake, so to speak! I would absolutely recommend Boyd's services to other people and will return myself if I ever need to! read more
