The plan was to leave on vacation in the morning. But thanks to an active grandchild, the mirror was knocked off the windshield of our 25 year old VW camper van several days ago. I just happened to be cycling by Boyd Autobody and Glass on Pembina and decided to check them out. As I entered, a staff member immediately asked how he could help. I stated my problem, and was instructed to bring in the vehicle. Within a few minutes I was back at Boyd's with the vehicle, and the young lady at the front desk asked for the keys. I walked in on a Friday after lunch. The rearview mirror came off of my windshield, and I was heading out on the highway to the lake. There was no way I would have been able to go if this wasn't taken care of! All the staff at this location were AMAZING!! They didn't even bat an eye!! The staff in the front end immediately went to get the right person to do the job, and do it right away! I was in and out within 10 minutes! 10 MINUTES!!! Then, to impress me even more, when I asked how much this amazing service was going to cost me, they said that it was no problem, and to have a great weekend!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I am so glad that I stopped in here!! I will definitely be bringing any windshield or autobody repairs to this fantastic group of people!! From this small gesture, you've got a customer for life!! My Mazda 5 was vandalized yesterday the day before I was to leave for SK to visit my ill elderly mother. When I phoned, Michael listened carefully and assured me that if I could get there before 1100 the job could be done today. I made a couple of more phone calls and then made my way to Boyd as you were the only ones who could do the job today. Both Adam and Michael were understanding and facilitated getting the Mazda fixed today by immediately ordering the window. I was treated with respect and empathy which made the stressful situation much easier. When I came to pick up the car, Michael made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Take a brand new 1 week old dodge ram that has been keyed. Add the owner being a furniture finisher with 30 years experience. And you have a very upset guy who will notice any flaws in the repairs. Any flaws at all... and the colour being Black pearl metallic you end up with almost worst case scenario...with that said. Boyd on Peardonville in Abbotsford repaired my truck back to perfection. Even in direct sunlight I can find no signs of bodywork and the colour match including metallic flakes is spot on. Thanks for doing it right guys. If you're reading this testimonial then you're concerned on who to take your vehicle to. In my opinion, take it to Boyd.

Best service I have ever received . I spoke to Rose about getting my windshield repaired , and within 2 hours we had my vehicle in the shop and it was already being worked on. The service and the quality of work is something you very rarely find these days .

The service at Boyd AutoBody in Abbotsford was second to none! From the initial quote to service and pick up my experience with Boyd (specifically JB) was top notch. They made me feel valued as a customer and insured I had a clear picture of the work that was being done on my vehicle. Trustworthy body shop to say the least! If any of my family or friends were ever in the unfortunate circumstance of needing a body shop i would highly recommend Boyd!

I would like to thank Jb and his team for the amazing service they provided. They picked up my vehicle from my truck yard, took it to Boyd. Had it repaired before closing hours. On top of that Jb insisted he will keep the truck at his office so it wont get dirty in the yard and to call him once I'am off. So he can send a driver to pick me up and take me to the office. Outstanding service. I spoke with Rose who was friendly, accommodating and booked an appointment to repair my windshield for me quickly. After the repair was done, I arrived to pick up my car to find that they had also cleaned my car (which was shamefully dirty) inside and out for me! Thank you to all of the hard working people at Boyd Autobody who made my car pretty again and my day brighter because of it. =)
