Great service! Brought my car in for a new windshield - Boyd was able to get a windshield and install it the next day. And the car was washed and vacuumed! All the staff was very friendly and helpful, and Rose did a great job with all the paperwork. Thanks for a great job.

If rated up to 100%, the service I received from Michael, Teresa and Adam was 150% ! I had body work done on my vehicle and the service was above and beyond. I have had body work done on my vehicle in the past at a dealership and was treated like a number and received next to no customer service. My experience with Michael and his team the total opposite. They even took care of having a car from the rental agency waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle. Great staff! Was completely informed of what was being done and the time frame for the repairs. Received a friendly call the day before telling me everything was on schedule, another friendly call informing me my truck was ready, all work done professionally and my vehicle was spotless inside and out! The service was absolutely awesome!! everything from the reception to getting my car back when I needed it to drive across the county!! The service was impeccable! My car came back looking better than when I dropped it off....not only was the bodywork amazing, but I as so thrilled that it was completely detailed! They even put in my winter mats that were sitting in the back of my SUV! I've used Boyd four times now and each time I am more and more impressed! I have recommended them to my friends. I phoned the manager to tell him how pleased I was and to let the service guys know :) Sadly, I am now leaving the province and will have to find a new shop elsewhere. Hopefully I can find someone as good as Boyd!
