Very helpful and friendly in the many years I've used Boyd for car repair issues. I appreciated Kelton A. the customer service representative, as he set up the arrangements to repair a dislocated front bumper. The estimator, Joseph L. organized the review of the task and the crew repaired it on the spot. The amazing thing was that when it was finished, Boyd didn't charge me at all.

Great customer service! Jody is so nice to deal with, shes funny nice and easy going. Everyone I spoke with and that help me was very kind and polite. You do not find that much anymore so it is very refreshing.

I had a little scratch on my car that was bugging me. I stopped by without an appointment and Peter came out right away, looked at the scratch and fixed it in about 10 seconds for no charge. Amazing!

I received great service, Robin explained why they could not repair a chip but needed to replace the windshield. They were able to do that on the spot and washed my car to boot. I found Robin to be very caring, no pressure - I will go here again.

Thank-you for the courtesy delivery and pick-up to+ fro the Ferry as we live on Mayne Island driven a lovely polite young man who also did a SUPERB cleaning/detailing of out Suburu inside and out!!! looked like a new car!!! Well pleased with body work and will recommend to all our friends! Great service from a great team with friendly Michelle on the phone+ greeting us at the front desk :)) Thanks!!!

Rose and her team provided excellent customer service. I was running late and couldn't make it before closing to pick up my vehicle. I suggested that the Boyd team can leave my keys in my car or in an envelope under my car. Rose was worried about my vehicle being stolen so she stayed after hours to ensure she personally hands my car keys back to me. Needless to stay, my vehicle looks fantastic after the glass replacement. Would definitely recommend Boyd Autobody!

I must say the employees at the Maple Ridge location have restored my faith should I ever need to use a body shop again. Darcy H. was superb in making sure I was always kept up to date with where repairs were at and how things were going. From the drop off to the pick up, I felt my expectations and concerns were taken seriously and respected. As a customer who appreciates all that was done to make sure my truck was repaired to my satisfaction, Darcy H. and Rishi B. Thank You. You are both fantastic employees who are like four leaf clovers, hard to find & Boyd is darn lucky to have! From a customer who never thought she would touch this brand again, I will be back to Maple Ridge for any of my future whoops moments! I was visiting Winnipeg when a very strong gust of wind almost flipped my driver side door out of hinges. That caused the bent in the car's door frame. It would not close properly. Ouch! Well, the good specialists at Boyd's saved the day. They not only fixed the problem quickly, they did not charge a penny!
