Someone vandalized my car with inappropriate drawings so I had to make multiple phone calls to book an appointment for an estimate. Luckily, Boyd Autobody in Richmond was able to fit me in within the next 3 days as I didn't have to drive around town with inappropriate drawings on my car. The staff were all really friendly and professional. Jackson was able to wash off the drawings and I got my car back in less than 15mins. Speedy service and reliable! They even gave me a complimentary car wash! Would definitely go back to them if I need anything done to my car.

I brought my car in for a repair to the front left bumper on June 28th and was able to pick it up the next day June 29th. I would like to thank whom ever worked on my car for the wonderful job that they did, not only was it done in record time, but was brought back to look as good as new. I really appreciate the professional way in which I was treated, and although I actually hope never to have to see you guys again, if anything drastic should happen in the future, Boyd Autobody would be my first call. I'm super happy with the repair and pleasant service at Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge. Darcy and Susan. This is the third car I have brought in for repair over the years, with awesome results as always Definitely better than expected The car needed both front and back ends replaced and painted after a hit and run. It looked so good when I picked it up that I actually called back to ask if they had clear coated the entire car. Apparently not - but it looks amazing.

The service fellow showed my husband where they would be repairing by marking it out. We had to change when we were able to bring it in - no problem. Someone called everyday to update on the completion date/time. Car was washed and vacuumed out which was a nice bonus! Very friendly and courteous staff. Work looks great - detailed work sheet given
