Customer service was excellent. Dali provided good, prompt & helpful information during insurance claim process, and was very willing to answer questions. Clunky communication from insurance company to Boyd's, lack of clarity on coverage details, seemed to be insurance company's issue. But I was completely satisfied at the end of it all.

This is our 3rd visit to Boyd on West 73rd in Vancouver and each time we were greeted and well taken care of by Rose K. She is very detail oriented, professional and knowledgeable about all her products and glass services. We highly recommend this particular Boyd location because of Rose's excellent customer service !

I always take my cars for collision repairs to the Scurfield location. They complete the job on time. They also offer you an courtesy car. In addition they provide you with updates for the repairs. Easy, no hassle. Excellent customer service.

I call it the way it is. This was the best service I've received in a long, long time. My windshield crack was repaired within 20 minutes and since it was covered by insurance, FREE ! The staff namely, Rose, John and Robin were very courteous, professional and gracious. If you need autobody or autoglass repairs, this is the place. You will NOT be disappointed.

The process for repairing my windshield was quick and easy and it was an awesome bonus to pick up a freshly cleaned and vacuumed car. And just like on my last visit, the customer service provided by Rose was exemplary! She immediately makes you feel like you are a valued customer and that she will go the extra mile to look after your vehicle! Both of my visits to Boyd have been for glass repair, as I have a bodyshop that I've previously had good results with, but Rose is so awesome to deal with that I plan to come back the next time I need bodywork repair as well.

I had my bumper replaced on my jetta..The service and repair was all first class. Right from the appraisal to the nice clean loaner car. When I picked up my car it was professionally detailed to almost new condition. There a lot of dealerships that could learn from Boyd's on how to clean a client's car. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to everybody
