10/10 service by Darcy H, Operations Manager. I took the family car in that I had scraped. As a small woman in her 20s I get anxious at automotive centers as I have been taken advantage of before, but my experience as Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge was exactly the opposite. Everyone was so sweet, we made friendly jokes around about my mishap and even when I gave them a very short time frame for them to do the work, they were unfazed and completed the repair even sooner than I anticipated! I'm so happy with the work on the bumper (and the fact that my dad will never know a thing) but I'm even happier with the level of professionalism and quality of service I was shown. Awesome people to deal with. My work was done fast and professionally. Received a courtesy car which gave me the flexibility to get things done. After I received my vehicle back I broke my holder for the windshield fluid and they fixed it immediately with no charge to me . Great service and great guys to deal with.
