FYI My insurance company is Canadian Northern Shield which you do not have listed nor was I able to enter it manually. I dealt with your estimator, Jon R., exclusively. He is an excellent representative of your company. Jon managed my expectations throughout the whole process which included saving my vehicle from a "right off" designation. Through diligence and perseverance Jon and his crew were able to outsource a mixture of used and OEM parts that came to within $10.00 of the insurance company's threshold. Long story short...David and his crew (& Eric) have been absolutely awesome and accommodating to their customers needs. They have always gone above and beyond for my family and I...and as many times I have been there I would say that they are like my little boyd family. Just 4 days after receiving my repaired car, my car was hit again. The damage appeared to be minor - possibly scrapes to the paint on the front left bumper. I took the car back to Boyds so that they could spray the area to clearly see the damage. The damage was minimal - no paint scrapes, just areas where rubber was left from the tire that brushed the bumper. The staff at this service location buffed the areas right then and there and did not charge me for the service. This was a really nice gesture which I really appreciated since I had just gone through the autopac process and didn't relish going through it again. Again, thank-you very much for your assistance and consideration. You saved me from more grief.
