I am really appreciated the stuff of Richmond Boyd Autobody& Glass to help me solve the problem in my front glass.There was a small hole on the front glass , and It may be split open in the winter,so I went to repair it today. The nice guy did not require me to use my insurance to pay it, but he fixed it quickly and totally free! He helped me save $200.0 ! This is such a good company!I believe they are never cheat their customers and can do their job the best! I strong recommend this company to all of you!

Excellent service @ the Marpole Vancouver. BC location. Fast and efficient and friendly. They told me that the reapir work would take about an hour but they knew that I had to be @ work after 9am - they basically dropped everything and worked on my vehicle and it's all completed in about 30 minutes. They promise and they deliver. Yes, I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

I took my car to Boyd because there was an old license plate screw that had been snapped off inside of the rear bumper. When I got there, they informed me that it would take about an hour to get it out and one of the employees was even nice enough to recommend a nice restaurant to go to while I wait. I came back and not only was the screw removed, but they insisted on not charging me for the removal. I was very surprised, as that kind of courtesy is almost non-existent in todays world. 10/10 friendly service and great atmosphere. I will definitely be returning to get work done here in the future.

I called at 4:45 on a Wednesday and encouraged to come in first thing in the morning for temporary window covering until parts would arrive. Thursday morning, we found out the parts were at the dealership. At that point I was NOT asked to make an appointment but was put right in to do the job immediately. WOW, were does that happen? Kathy is the best, customer satisfaction is at the top of her list. Its people like her that make a business successful and have a following of repeat customers.
