Awesome service. I was told to plan for a week to get parts and a week to do the repairs, and yet with Boyd, I was given a courtesy car and the work was done in less than a week. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of well. I will definitely recommend this locations to other people. Thank you for the friendly, kind service and keeping me in the loop about where my car was in the repair process. Excellent!

I recently had my company vehicle at the Scurfield location in Winnipeg where I was treated with a great deal of respect and the quality of work was fantastic. The courtesy vehicle was very clean and in good repair, and when I picked up my vehicle it was freshly washed. The staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

I am so glad that I asked for a list of other names, when the first company Intact provided had 150 cars ahead of me and gave me a timeline of approx 2-3 months which was unacceptable and very upsetting after a car accident. I selected Boyd after doing some web research plus they were on the Intact approved list which really helped. This St. Albert, AB location is a hidden gem. They were so friendly , professional and so efficient plus have my car ready in two and a half weeks before their estimation completion date of approx 3 weeks which was very reasonable compared to 2-3 months. My family was very impressed as the car was needed for a vacation trip and employment time was already approved thus a big problem.. They really listened to our situation! Everything they said they would do, they did and followed through on plus kept me in the ... loop with updates. Neighbors and anyone I talk to afterwards said -yes, they were the best and have a solid reputation as they had dealing in the past with Boyd, St. Albert, AB location. Way superior in every way plus the employees seemed happy and relaxed, and the impression was that it was a good work environment. It also looked like they gave young people and young women equal rights and career opportunities , so the boss must be awesome. Happy & friendly staff, high standards, high quality work is why this locations stands out. Thanks to all the staff for saving our vacation! We really appreciate it! You are AWESOME ! read more
