Boyd's has been an amazing company to deal with here in Sherwood park. My wife was in an accident in December 2021 and they have done soo much to try and make this easier on us! If you ever need body work done this is the place to go! Yes our truck is taking a bit to get done but that's because parts aren't coming in as fast as everyone would like! They are working their butts off to make sure all the vehicles in their shop are done in a timely manner with working with different car dealerships and the convoys holding parts up at borders?? thanks again Boyd's we can't wait to have our truck back when it's done.

I am impressed with the service I received from Boyd Crowfoot and from Crowfoot Brake and Muffler. I took my vehicle in to have my catalytic converter replaced because I believed it was stolen and I had an insurance claim number in hand. Turns out the converter was not stolen - the would be thieves only managed to saw part way through it before they were interrupted by my spouse (kudos to her for her quick action in the middle of the night too). We will be keeping the phone handy in future to call the police if we see the culprits come back. I assumed it was gone because it made such a loud noise when I drove it around the block after the incident. Boyd Auto and Crowfoot Muffler fixed the crack in the converter by doing some welding. This turned out not to be a replacement; they did this at no charge and I was able to call my insurance ... company and cancel my claim. I am impressed with this service from these businesses in Crowfoot Mall and will not hesitate to use their services again for an insurable or non-insurable repair. Thanks. read more

I took my 2008 Honda Civic in to get painted due to clear coat issues and also to get some repairs done on my car. I had everything explained to me as well as updates as the repairs were being done. The service was impeccable!!! No words can describe how I felt when I picked up my car today it looked brand new. The staff did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle. I highly recommend them for any autobody or painting work for your vehicle. You won't be disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I have had my car in with Boyd for repairs.... My first expérience was not great....Having said that....I Thought I would try them again...from the first phone call to bringing in my car for repairs...100% satisfied with the customer service I received. They went above and beyond....even fix my extension cord and waved my rental car charge...as well as cleaning my car inside and out! Everyone went the extra mile...and were all professional and very pleasing to deal with...Thank you all for your wonderful service! Bravo!!!!!

I had my brand new vehicle for one week when somebody rear ended me at a stop light. As you can imagine, I was very upset about the damage to my brand new vehicle. The staff at Boyd auto body walked me through the entire process and were kind and compassionate. When I picked my vehicle up, I couldn't even tell there was any damage done to it. The service was excellent and the staff all gave fantastic customer service. I recommend this location to anyone needing body work after an accident. Thank you so much for making a sad situation a lot easier to deal with.

I had an unexpectant stone chip on my windshield Jan. 7/22. I went to Boyd autobody on Hendersen and they were able to fill the chip immediately, it only took about 30 minutes. The result is really good, I can barely see the spot where the chip was. And the front reception was very friendly and helpful, filling out the forms needed for autopac. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received that day!!
