I work across the street and i thought i would just try out one of these shops because i needed my headlight bulb changed. I was totally expecting to be paying some outrageous fee instead of doing it myself. I walked in and was greeted by Robin S. He asked to see my vehicle. As he was working away to access the light bulb, I was expecting him to upsell me and tell me i need "this and that" etc. But to my surprise, he just fixed my light bulb and said no charge! It was a bulb that was used but I didnt mind. I will definitely go back. The little gestures are really worth it! Great service! Thank you Robin :)

I was amazed how quickly everything went: the estimate, the repairs, and the checkout. The repairs were first class - like new. It seems a little expensive, but the results were well worth it.

Kris and his team are consummate professionals. I cannot praise them enough for their strong, efficient work and excellent attitude. As a background, the work that was done on my car was a window fix. It had been smashed in during a break-in. It was a Friday that I brought it in and I was due to leave Saskatchewan within the next week. There was a very clear deadline on when it had to be fixed. Kris and his team pulled out all the stops to get it done. They put in an order that day for the glass and it was delivered on the Monday. Immediately, they went to work, cleaned out all the broken glass, cleaned the dash and installed it all in perfect condition right before I left. I don't believe I've ever had the level of service in any capacity that this team put in. And during this time, they also arranged to have a car for me while mine was ... put out of commission. I was also slightly late on the day I had to pick it up and they communicated to me that it was no problem; that they would be waiting for me. Again, I cannot thank Kris and his team for the great work and professional attitude they had through the entire process. I commend them on their excellent work. If there is a branch that Boyd should be exceptionally proud of and use as a prime example of good work, it's this one in Saskatoon. read more

This is the second time I have taken my car to Boyd Autobody. The first time service was fantastic. The 2nd time was no different. Everyone is friendly and professional. Just make an appointment and they take care of the rest. They are fast and efficient, the work done looks great AND they cleaned my car inside and out. Such a great surprise. Very pleased with the quality of service from Boyd in Richmond. Sam, Joseph and Paolo were all very friendly and helpful with the entire repairing process. They kept me updated every other day and told me exactly how the repairing process is, i feel valued even though it was my first time here. My car was cleaned after the job was done as well. Definitely recommend them!
