When I received my car back it had been fully cleaned. JB and his team had removed any garbage from my car. I had a stain in my trunk from a substance I spilled a while back and they even took care of that for me. Incredible service all around. What a supportive team this location has. Leading by Robin they took the stress associated with the accident away from us. Robin dealt with the aftermath of the collision in a very diligent way. This is the second time I have gone to Body Autobody on Sooke Rd. First was for having my vehicle repaired after an accident and the second was to have my front windshield replace. Both times the office staff where friendly, helpful and treated me with respect not just a claim number. The curiosity vehicles were clean and a great help when without a vehicle while it was repaired.
