My vehicle was a wreck, brought it into Catherine and at the end of the repair it look better than when I bought it. Her strong ability to get the work done and communication is well beyond a 10. Catherine provided a personal caring touch and although the repairs took longer than anticipated, she kept us up-to date on reasons for the delay and the revised completion date. When I picked up the vehicle it had obviously been cleaned inside and out and looked like a brand new vehicle. Recently my less than one year old Subaru was in a collision with a grocery cart. Three dents and a scratch were left in my right rear door. The car is pearlescent white which is supposedly hard to match. Catherine and her staff at Boyd Autobody did an excellent job. The paint is perfect. I defy anyone to identify which door was damaged. The car was ready on time and as clean as new.
