I'm very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the work done to the rear bumper of my car. Boyd's staff were very attentive to my needs and eager to get my vehicle back to showroom condition. The bumper looks great and i can't say more about their customer service!

From the time I waked in everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was mostly looked after by the assistant manager Russell F. Russell was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed about what was happening with my repairs along the way. He made a few courtesy calls to me to ensure that there were no surprises when I showed up to get my vehicle back after repairs. This was very considerate and stood out as excellent customer service. I would recommend my friends and family to bring their vehicles to this particular location as Russell has displayed the highest level of professionalism that I have come across in a long time. The repairs are flawless and completed in a very timely manner. It was important for me to have my truck returned in a timely fashion as this is a key component to my livelihood. I e-mailed for information regarding windshield chip repair and was contacted by phone within 30 mins. I was told that I could bring my car in for the repair within the hour. I showed up and the chip was repaired within a half hour and I was on my way. The service I received was fast, friendly and FREE (even better). I would not hesitate to return for future service on my vehicle.

I needed my remote-controlled passenger side mirror replaced quickly....walked into your recommended shop....and was overwhelmed by the incredible service...Within minutes my repair was arranged...and by the end of the day all was completed, at a very comfortable fee...friendly and professional attitudes by both managers.....made it all so easy...I would never even consider another repair shop.
