I would like to convey a special thank you to Scott Anderson and the Boyd Autobody and Glass team in Maple Ridge for their exceptional Service on my recent vehicle repair. The repair that was required on my vehicle was the side mirror due to a hit and run and after I had ordered the parts in, Scott kindly replaced it for me free of charge. I was extremely surprised by their quality of service since I didn't need to make an appointment for my repair and it was completed professionally within 15 minutes. I would definitely return to Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge and would be more that pleased to recommend it to anyone.

Amazing experience. The people at this shop were all pleasant, polite and helpful even when I freaked out a little bit as I was worried about not getting my car on time (snow was falling and the rental car had no winter tires). They accommodated me and made sure I got my car by the end of the day and never once did they make me feel like I was being a pain. My car was fixed properly and it was cleaned!!!! I can't remember the last time it was so nice looking inside and out. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to all! You made a bad situation so much easier to deal with :)

Brought my truck after doing some offroading and having my passenger side running board ripped off. Scott a Boyd in Maple Ridge was really helpful as was the tech from the shop who came out and checked out my truck. They told me it would be a simple repair and it was which was total plus for me.... and they didn't even charge me!! I appreciate the effort from Scott and the guys and if I ever need repairs in the future I will definitely be going to Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge. Thanks guys!!! Chris

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Jeff at Maple Ridge Boyd. A few weeks ago I was backing out of my garage but I ended up backing into my garage. I scraped up the fender pretty good. I came by Boyd's in search of some advice with my man-ego a little shot. I chatted with your service agent Jeff for about 1/2 a second, he put put down what he was doing and assessed the damage. Looking it over he thought he might be able to to save me some money if he could just try a few things. Sure enough 10 min later the ride is almost as good as new and he didn't charge me a penny. You guys are the best! Thanks for the awesome customer service Boyd! And thanks Jeff for taking the time to help a brother out so he could face his wife! Mike

Dear Sir, This morning i took my car into maple Ridge Boyd .I spoke to Jeff who was fantastic.I had attempted to drive my husbands dodge ram into a low level car park, resulting in scratches to the roof and two dents.Jeff listened to my concerns of taking my dilemma to the car insurance company and suggested he try and buff some of the scratches to see if he could get rid of them.He has done this pretty successfully as well as take out some dints.he was friendly, professional and he has saved me alot of time and effort trying to do this through CDI.Please thank him again.I will be recommending your company to friends for the highly professional job Jeff did today. I want to thank Robin @ Anvil Glass for coordinating with Boyd Maple Ridge on a windshield replacement on my 2001 Oldsmobile Silhoutte. Anvil provided the mobile service. This replacement was a customer direct pay and Robin went out of his way to make sure the job was done professionally. He called to explain what additionally work they would be doing to prevent possible leakage and installed new wiper blades at no cost. In regards to Boyds; they called me to confirm repairs completed and when I went to pickup my vehicle, it had all been washed and cleaned. I will continue to recommend Boyd`s Autobody as our preferred vendor. Thanx again

We were so pleased with the customer service offered at Boyd, due to a breakage of the replacement part, our repair was delayed by a day which was not a hardship on our part as the car was still driveable. The manager not only got the part for the next day but waived part of the cost. We will definitely take our business back to Boyd as well as recommend it to our friends and collegues. Many thanks

Had my F350 in for repair after it was hit in a parking lot. This was my first encounter with Boyd and without a doubt the best service I have ever received, bar none. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. The repair was done perfectly, professionally and in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up the truck that it was returned to me in pristine condition - washed outside and thoroughly cleaned inside. My highest recommendation to the Maple Ridge Boyd Autobody Shop. Thank you to Scott and Tom and the rest of your staff.

Scott and Alicia provided a lot of information to my mother and I to provide a clearer picture. They called us with any new information and kept us updated all the time. They not only performed their jobs exceptionally well but also were very friendly and careing. If I ever get into another car accident, which I hope I don`t, I will for sure go back to them. Went to the location on a suggestion from a friend. I had a key scrap on the sid eof my brand ndew 2011 Ford Edge. The manager got Mike on the case. He spent about a half hour on it and the result was a scratch that you would have to squint to see. I offered to pay, but they insisted it was on the house, and to just suggest other friends and family t use their location for their autobody needs. Thank you Boyd Maple Ridge!
