5 *, Service was exceptional. Fast, efficient, pleasant, friendly , reliable! Before I left to take my car in; the office called me to suggest to stay home and they will let me know when one arrives or have to obtain a rental car for me. When I got to the body shop, I was greeted with a rental vehicle. This was Thursday; IL was now advised that my vehicle will be ready on Tuesday. To my surprise I received a call Monday morning saying my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the shop had arranged to have the rental returned to the agency, the Van was fully washed and cleaned the inside and out, including windows.(windows incl.) I must say I have never received service like this from any body shop or other business. I will not hesitate to recommend you and if I ever require body work done I will be back. I pick up my sons truck today and all I can say is WOW. The truck looks brand-new it was completely detailed. and I don't think I've ever seen this truck so clean! One of the prongs of my Thule bike rack had been hit and bent. I called to see if they could help, 5 minutes later I was there and 10 minutes later my rack was fixed! Super impressed! Sure know where I will go if I need any auto body work in the future!
