MB - 2405 Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg - 3/30/16

After having a large shopping cart hit the passenger side of my vehicle leaving a large paint scrap and possibly body damage, I stopped into the Boyd Auto body location on Pembina Hwy to inquire about an estimate on the damage. After a quick chat with the Area Manager, Rob, he quickly determined the cost of repairs and returned inside to get a cloth and some cleaner to remove the surface paint. Rob then informed me that the remaining damage probably could be removed with a polishing, he then pulled my vehicle inside and 15 minutes he returned my vehicle and the problem was fixed and looking like new. The customer service I experienced at Boyd was exemplary, Rob and the rest of the staff at this location showed a genuine concern for my vehicle and having the damage repaired and ensuring that I was satisfied. After having to take my car in due to vandalism, the employees at boyd made my experience very enjoyable. They were very pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person, and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. I had my car back in less than a week, which was amazing as it is our main mode of transportation, and living out of town with 2 young children, it is hard to get around without. I will definitely be back for any needs my car has.

I took my RAV 4 in for body repairs on Feb.29th and it was completed and ready for pick up on the 2nd of march. It was done faster than I anticipated. They not only did a professional job of the repairs but also cleaned my car both inside and out. The staff that I dealt with were at this location were more than courteous and helped me through my claim without any problems. I just wish I could find more businesses that have the level of professionalism that these people have. They will get all by future business in the future and I will be sure to tell my friends and family of how good these people are.

Went to Boyd on a Thursday night. Was able to file my claim and get the car in the next day and it was repaired and ready to go as promised. Appreciated that it was cleaned inside and out. Process was efficient and service was respectful. Staff were helpful and polite.
