I have only one word to describe my experience with Boyd Autobody on Henderson Hwy in Winnipeg - SUPERLATIVE!! Excellent in every aspect from the customer service from Teresa and Michael to the quality of the repair. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this Boyd Autobody shop.

I came into Boyd Autobody on Scurfield on Friday, May 5 to get information about getting my driver side window replaced. I was feeling overwhelmed and upset with the events leading up to coming into Boyd. I dealt with Brian and he made me feel a lot better. He took care of everything and did it in such a friendly manner. He offered to vacuum the glass and put on a piece of plastic until my appt on Monday which really helped put me at ease. Even if this is your policy (to vacuum and put on the plastic), Brian still made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely come back again and recommend your company, specifically this location, to family and friends. On a side note, my husband picked up the vehicle on Monday and dealt with someone named Ed. My husband thought the customer service was excellent as well. Thank you!

Miguel and Bryent are really wonderful guys, they are so friendly , so helpful . I had a broken driver's mirror , i brought my car to them ,and on the second day morning i had it all done in a perfect proffesional way! A great place and awsome service! Thank you so much , Miguel and Bryent??

The guys in the office were super friendly and hard working. There was a big mix-up with my claim, but they sorted everything out for me. Ontop of that the repairs done on my car were spot on.

Boyd really put great customer service into collision repair. Warren and Katelyn were friendly and efficient. They made me feel like a valued customer right from the time I walked into Boyd until the repairs were completed. The courtesy car was appreciated, but before the repairs were done I needed a van. They went beyond by renting me a brand new van, all complimentary of Boyd, to meet my needs. The repair job was awesome and my vehicle was cleaner both inside and out than when I dropped it off. I would highly recommend them.

As usual, always have great service with these guys, fast and quick. They aim to please, wow. They were arguing on ways to save me money.. even over my $16 invoice. lol. Thanks guys, per usual best treatment ever and hopefully I don't have to come back - but its Winnipeg, so probably will!

Excellent service from start to finish....Teresa was very friendly and knowledgeable...appointment was set and they were able to even get me in sooner ...loaner car was arranged with no inconvenience to me ...repair was well done and completed on time ...will certainly recommend this location. Amazed at the complete service I received...I literally dropped off our car keys and picked them up at the end. Boyd took care of EVERYTHING! Friendly people, high quality service...they cleaned our car BETTER than the way we left it with them. We are completely satisfied and will highly recommend Boyd AutoBody on Scurfield Blvd.

My experience was great from start to finish. All staff encountered, particularly Brian, were welcoming, informative, attentive and gracious. The customer service at this particular location is exceptional. My repairs were completed earlier than expected and my vehicle looks good as new. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of vehicle repairs. An excellent experience.

Had a great experience with Boyd. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, repairs were done in a timely manner, and received a courtesy car! I highly recommend them, and will definitely be returning for any future repairs.

Hi a part from the gas tank fell off my car and I popped into the Henderson location.. Greeted by the nicest staff and were so helpful. Teresa at the front was the warmest kindest lady that was so welcoming and made me feel like family and David put the part for me back on and he ended up staying after his shift to finish it for me and was so polite and did such a fantastic job that you can not even tell that it was missing from the car just minutes before. I can not say enough good things about the quality of the work and the quality of the people. Just want to thank them so very much again.. I am extremely happy it is fixed and left with a Big Smile...
