Jason was very helpful when I had to tow my car to Boyd after getting into a car accident. He explained the process and even contacted me after considering ways to keep costs down to help salvage my vehicle. Unfortunately, my car ended up being a write-off anyways. I stopped by and Jason helped me collect my belongings. I had neglected to take my garage door opener and Jason called me at home again to say he saved it for me. I appreciate all his assistance and would definitely recommend Boyd to my friends.

I was very impressed with Nikki R. Our contact on the phone and at the front desk. So helpful, cheerful and professional. We also want to compliment the team in the bodywork dept. who did an excellent job. Also too, the person who washed my daughter's car. We have never seen it so clean. It sparkles. Great detail work!

I had a very traumatic accident and went in to your Langley Office and they were very kind and helped me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired guiding me in how to report to ICBC. i stopped in to have a quick fix done on my license plate holes. the staff were polite and able to fit me in to quickly fix the problem.. they were polite, smiled a lot, and very easy to talk with and completely understood what i needed done. the front desk staff were incredible, polite and friendly. i will be back there for any future work i need done on my vehicle. I will also tell my friends and family about the wonderful service i received. thank you very much for helping me have a great day...hope you have one too.

Huge Kudos to Jason Z. who did a beauty of a job on my 08 honda civic. Car looks great, went above and beyond. The customer service at the front desk from Nikki was top notch. After getting in a car accident and being bummed, Nikki helped out huge and made the whole process smooth and easy. She explained it all to me and even organized a car rental. I had gotten into an accident and my bumper had fallen off, rim was scratched up and few other minor things. Hardeep was my adjuster and he was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, kind, helpful and personable. Every time I had to come into Boyd Hardeep would stand up come to the front with my file. Very nice to be recognized everytime especially when Boyd is a busy autobody shop and they see a lot of faces come in and out daily. The work on my car made it look brand new again... even if it was just a month old to begin with. I would defianately reccommend Boyd to anybody needing repairs and a double thumbs up to Hardeep for his wonderful customer service. Thank-you :)

Wonderful customer service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Used parts were sourced out and options were recommended to keep my cost down which I appreciated as I was paying for the repair. I went to another repair shop for a quote first and it was much higher. I am totally happy with the work that was done and would wholeheartedly recommend Boyd's Autobody in Langley as the place to go for car repairs.

I just picked up my car after getting a broken window and outside rear view mirror fixed at your shop. I am SO happy with the results! When I went into the body shop last week, every single person in the office said hello and asked how I was. They were so friendly and professional, I felt I had left my vehicle in good hands. Getting a loaner car was a total blessing as well. I picked up my car and everything had been fixed as well as if it was a new car! I was so happy they even cleaned my car and filled up the tires as well! I will recommend Boyd Autobody service to everyone I know who needs car body repairs. ALL the staff was just so nice and helpful both when I brought my car in and when I dropped it off. Nicki and Parmjeet were just great. I think everyone in the office should get a gold star! After a recent collision repair on my car, I had to return it to Boyd in Langley to have it repainted. It was no fault of the dealership because they used the code that was on my car to mix the paint. They gladly repainted it with the same professional, exemlary service that I recieved at my first visit. I would not hesitate to return to this shop (hopefully I won't have to!!) should I require their services in the future. Boyd Autobody and Glass should be very proud indeed to have someone like Neil Cardinal providing such great service to it's customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!
