Really professional and friendly staff. The set me up with a loaner car for the couple weeks they had my car so as to ensure I didn't incur any fees from having a ICBC rental. Service was very prompt and they kept me up to date on the repairs and took the time to show me what needed to done. All in all it was an excellent experience and I'd certainly recommend Boyd in general and specifically the Sooke Rd location if anyone needs auto body work done.

I recently damaged the front bumper of my 2014 Honda Civic (so upsetting and totally my fault). I have had excellent customer service at Boyd in the past (first accident was not my fault) so I took my car to the Boyd shop in Langford for an estimate and then back for the repair. The office was very busy each time but the staff, in particular Kris K. (who did my Estimate) and Jodi S.(my paperwork), were courteous, professional and efficient. On the day of my appointment for the repair, I was delayed by an early morning Doctor appointment that unexpectedly lasted way past the time of my Boyd appointment. When I called to explain and ask if they would like to change the appointment to another day, I was told to not worry, just keep them posted and they would take care of me when I could get there. And they took very good care of me when I ... arrived - paperwork was ready for me, loaner car ready to go and - thank you very much - it was full of fuel! And then...my car was ready a day earlier than promised! Thank you to every member of the team who made that possible! Both of my experiences with Boyd have been excellent. I really appreciate the friendly, efficient and professional service as well as the excellent quality of the repairs. I will absolutely recommend Boyd to anyone in need of auto body work. read more

I took my car to Boyd Autobody & Glass this week after a rear end collision. Everyone I dealt with were really helpful, friendly and made whole ordeal a lot easier to handle. The service we received for damage repair was prompt, efficient and of high quality. Even when there was difficulty connecting with the Intact adjuster Wendy went above and beyond to facilitate the claim and to accommodate vehicle pick-up by our neighbours as we were scheduled to go on vacation . That is itself was most appreciated. When Wendy realized our vacation had been cancelled due to unexpected surgery she offered to have our truck delivered to our home. The thoughtful gesture was sincerely appreciated as I was anxiously waiting for the doctor's call about my husband's surgical results. The young man who delivered our vehicle was kind and courteous. I had two individual claims to fix with Boyd's through an ICBC claim. I needed a new windshield, and a repair done to my driver's side mirror from a hit and run. When I called them, they were very friendly and organized on the phone. They had my vehicle in to be assessed within less than a week. Once the damage was assessed they booked the first available appointment time that worked for me. It was so easy! I'm very happy with the repair work and the customer service. I would definitely recommend using Boyd's to anyone I know and I will absolutely go there again!
