Excellent service , front desk staff was topnotch , recently just moved back to Victoria , great to see that people are still friendly and helpful . Store is just down the street from our home so it made the choice very simple for us , I believe in frequenting shops in our local area .

I had fantastic service from the moment I stepped into the Victoria Sooke Road location. Wendy was incredible helping me with all my inquiries and paperwork. Boyd is very lucky to have her on your team. Jamie and Chris were also very helpful and professional in the time my car was being repaired. I especially appreciated the calls from the team updating me on my car. All in all it was a very positive experience you can have while your car is being repaired. The body work done on my car looks great and when I went and picked it up I really appreciated how clean the inside of my car was so thank you to the clean up person as well. Thanks Boyd!

Hello , I couldn't ask for better service, than I received from BOYD AUTOBODYand GLASS. I was in a slight accident with paint on the bumper. I had gone to autobody before and found them very helpful. When I spoke to Wendy I couldn't find a nicer lady. I told her my story, and she off her chair and went and got Jamie. He came out and looked at the problem and within minutes Jamie had fixed the problem. But what got me was there was no charge. What a job he did. Thankyou Jamie and Wendy well done!!!!!!!!!
