I have used Boyd twice in the 12 months for 2 separate incidences. I am beyond satisfied with this company and their friendly staff, and would recommend them to anyone hands down. My car came back to me good as new....if not looking better than it did before the accident. I will use them again in the future. Boyd made everything so easy for me after my accident. They provided me with a free loaner car, which was such a great help. The staff and customer service was over the top. I was very pleased with the level of communication while my car was being fixed. Thanks so much for making this such a pleasant experience. I am a very pleased girl with her purple tracker! I really appreciate all the work everyone has done for me on my car!

Being involved in a crash is stressful but Darcy at Boyd was kind, attentive and professional. He explained everything and ind included me in the process as well as asking my approval on certain things along the way. I feel.Darcy went above and beyond and could not be happier with my experience. Boyd has a great reputation and now I see why. Thank you.

The skilled and careful shop experts returned my car to absolute show quality and went beyond my expectations in all areas i expressed concern about. This is my second time at the bridgeport location and they will always have my business in the future!!! Hands down an awsome experiance!!!

Unfortunately I required Boyd Autobody's services twice within 2 months for two separate incidents but both times I was greeted with fast, friendly service. I was given a nice, clean courtesy car to use each time which I couldn't have done without during the time my car was being repaired. Speaking of the repairs, everything was fixed perfectly and my car came out both times looking like new. My car was returned to me cleaned inside and out. I was very happy with my experiences but hope to not have to return anytime soon! I would recommend this shop to family and friends. Thank you

Both times I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and exhibit a high degree of customer service. All repairs were done quickly and their workmanship was excellent. I received excellent service from Hardeep D. In my first phone call to Boyd's, Hardeep provided friendly helpful service. The work was sibsequently done quickly and the final result was beautiful. I especially appreciated the full car wash and vacuum - you even cleaned the inside of all my windows! I would highly recommend Boyd to any of my friends or acquaintances.
