Robin S. managed my case at Boyd Vancouver and he was outstanding. My car was damaged a day before I left for a 2 week vacation. Despite my being abroad, Robin provided regular and useful updates via email and this continued upon my return. I never had to chase for information or updates and the car was returned to me as promised by Robin and in excellent condition. Very happy with the repairs and the customer service I received from Robin was some of the best I've ever had. I will not hesitate to return to Boyd Vancouver and recommend Robin and his team to friends.

The staff at Boyd are consistenly excellent. They are fast and efficient, service is great. I actually work in another city, and my office is beside another autobody and glass shop but I will always come back to this site with Robyn.

The staff, Wendy and Jamie were very professional, taking the time to explain all the details, and making all necessary arrangements to fit my schedule. This is my second experience with Boyd's in Langford , and I will definitely recommend this body shop to friends. Again thanks for the great service. Unfortunate more businesses don't operate in the same capacity !!!

Really, truly excellent work, and excellent service. They got everything done in just two business days (and there was a fair amount to do) and provided me with a clean, safe courtesy car. They charged me exactly what they said they were going to charge and threw in a couple of nice extras - no nickel-and-diming whatsoever. The repairs were very obviously done by people with a lot of experience who take pride in their work. My car was returned to me looking beautiful and super-clean, inside and out. I cannot think of one thing this business could have done better. Really impressed. Thank you!

Wendy, Jamie, and Chris all made me feel welcome. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. Since this was my first collision repair Wendy was patient and made sure I was aware of everything that needed to be done. One of my front lights was damaged and needed to be changed (at the insurance expence) that left me with one new light and one old light. Jamie was kind enough to order another new light (at me expence) so both would match and install it for me for no charge. Thank you for a great service, I will be coming back here for future needs!

Another fantastic experience with Robin and his crew. They washed my car several days before I even brought it in for repairs simply because it was dirty. He then coordinated with my assistant to have my car repaired while I was away on a business trip. When it was done, he dropped the key off at my office so I could have it when I returned late on a Friday night. Over the top service... and much appreciated. I will continue to recommend Robin and Boyd to my friends whenever they have a need.
