BC - 2663 Sooke Rd, Langford - 7/14/15

The difference between a good job and a great job are the attention to details. That is what sets Boyd AutoBody (2663 Sooke Rd.) apart from all other repair shops. Everyone knows that the company is only as good as its employees. I would personally like to give two thumbs up to Wendy and Jamie who went above and beyond what they needed to do, as always.

While traveling in from the Fraser Valley a rock hit the driver side of my windshield, not knowing where to stop on Lougheed Hwy to get it fixed I continued my trip into Richmond where I had seen Boyd at this location before. From the moment I entered Samantha was friendly and came right outside to look at the windshield, she went back in (offered us tea/coffee or water - a very nice touch - she is a lovely person!!!)and called Bill out to take a look, he took the car in though telling me it might not work as it had started to spider, when he came back he told me again, he could not guarantee the work, he was also very nice and very professional. Samantha would not take any money from me for the job as she said they could not guarantee it - I truly appreciated that it does not often happen with businesses. I will for sure be back to this ... location - congratulations on having such a great team!!!!! read more

My suv was broken into on Thurs afternoon, brought in to Boyd Fri morning, and got my suv back Fri afternoon. Wow! Robin, R. , and team were amazing. When I went to pick it up, they had the suv washed and cleaned. Beyond my expectation. Will tell friends and family.

Lawrence the mechanic was honest and very friendly. Chelsea, the receptionist was always friendly upon arrival. Definitely will return if I ever need anything done to my car. Keep up the great work everyone!! :)

I had an unfortunate brush up with a fork lift with my bruised and battered work truck. I received a nice new depressing depression in my truck box side panel. I was looking for advise on whether the dent could be pulled just so it did not look so bad. Paulo took a look, cringed a little and grabbed a cup with another employee and in minutes had pulled the unsitely dent out. He refused any offer of payment. Wow! It's definitely Boyd when I need some proper work done. Thank you so much

Well Done Boyd Auto Body & Glass Victoria.!! Jon continued when others would have shrugged, "oh well, can't help you". Clearly, the entire shop rides on a culture of CUSTOMER FIRST. The entire team is committed to saving the client money and getting the job done. If I had 100 stars to give for my rating, this would be the time I give it! The staff at Boyd Autobody on Sooke Road are amazing, and their customer service is phenomenal and second to none! Wendy, Jamie, and Chris took care of me from beginning to end, rolled out the red carpet, and made sure my vehicle was back to perfect condition after being body slammed by a deer! I can't thank them enough for everything!!
