Thanks to the staff at the bridgeport location, they did an amazing job with my side window! Very fast and efficient. My car was all shiny when I got it back, (they washed my car) which was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, the customer service was nothing but exceptional. Samantha was very helpful and so kind. Highly recommend this location.

Samantha at the Bridgeport location was extremely kind and helpful at getting my vehicle fixed. My car window was fixed faster than expected. Definitely will come back to boyd as the customer service was exceptional.

I just came back from what I believe is the best experience with any autobody shop EVER. Earlier today, I was greeted by a huge gushing leak of water from inside my vehicle which I found out was from a clogged drain hose coming from around the sunroof of my Town & Country minivan. It seems that parking around trees is hazardous to my car. The leaves, pine needles and other types of debris may have clogged my drain hose which leads around the driver side console and centre light console close to windshield and sunroof. I shopped around and went to three different shops and all couldn't help me because they didn't know how to deal with this type of issue. But I had previously been to Boyd Autobody and Glass when we had a pretty bad collision and they did a great job. So why not right? Well I'm so ecstatic that I did. I can say this, ... that they did a thorough job. And Bill, the fellow that actually did the work, even went out of his way to take me back home so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop all day. And he even picked me up!! How's that for service! And Joseph the Assistant Manager was so accomodating to assist me in my time of need. I will never look past these guys again should I ever need any autobody work or paint job or anything. I'm so happy. Thank you so much guys! You made my day/week/month/year. I'll be sure to recommend you folks to anyone who needs your services. Thank you once again! read more

I would recommend this place to anybody. This shop did a great job on the body work that I needed done and their customer service was outstanding. They were friendly and professional and they were able to accommodate my schedule both when I dropped the car off (after hours) and when I picked it up. They offered to open the shop up for me on Sunday so I could come and get my car and sign the paperwork. I have recommended this particular shop to my friends and will continue to recommend it should anyone else ask.

Very pleased with the service. Boyd quoted me $100 less than other places to fix my smashed window, because it wasn't covered by ICBC. They recommended a great coffee shop nearby where I could wait for them to finish. Very happy with the choice to use their services.
