By far the most professional and thorough body shop I have encountered. The ladies who were working at the front were kind, courteous and kind. They explained the process of the work and time frame. The work was completed exactly on time and when I picked up my vehicle it was sanitized and washed. I am 100% satisfied with the glass replacement done by the qualified technicians and will return . From start to finish a 5 star business !

Fast reliable service, had my door repaint due to a scratch, everything looks exactly the same, Darcy been a great help, I also had the same good experience before in Burnaby with Kevin. Overall I had no issues with Boyd.

Dali was incredible! So prompt with his responses, very professional and displayed such exceptional customer service. I NEVER write reviews but felt compelled to write this one because I was so impressed. I highly recommend Boyd Autobody for any repair needs. In a day and age when outstanding customer service is not always what you expect, this was such a great experience from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout the process.
