I was very pleased with service I received 2 weeks ago from JB who upon doing a quick estimate for a large scratch on my vehicle's rear bumper, assessed it, gave me some advice, saved me money on spending my $300 deductible and buffed it so that it didn't show as much. He was up front, honest, and incredibly helpful. We will be returning to this autobody shop for any future repairs and service because of how happy and satisfied I was from this visit. Overall it was a very good experience.

Excellent service, including client care and quality. I brought my SUV to Boyd to get my windshield replaced and they did a great job! Even made sure my SUV was ready to go earlier than originally scheduled for so I could get a ride to pick it up. From the first point of contact by phone in response to my email, to the final pickup, Jamie, Chris and Wendy were very helpful and accommodating. They even had the inside and out of my SUV washed, cleaned, and vacuumed (which was huge as it's been months since it was done; almost didn't recognize it). Very good experience and I will highly recommend this location!

Had a great experience for an unfortunate situation. Had a rock chip in my windshield and went to this location without an appointment. Right away a gentlemen from the service team went and looked at the chip and told me it was 50/50 for full repair but if they couldn't get it they wouldn't charge for it. Quite amazing to hear that! They offered to drive me to work as they would need the car for a little while and right away someone was ready to take me. As soon as they had tried to fix it (unable to fully repair) I was contacted and advised of the situation. It was a huge improvement from what it was before but they didn't charge me for it. All in all I haven't had this level of customer service in a while and it is a really refreshing approach to an industry that deals with accidents all the time.
