My wife and I had a loose bumber on our Jetta. The service was fantastic and the repaire was done so fast, which we hadn't expected. JJ was the guy that fixed the bumber and it looks amazing. He did a great job. After it was fixed they offered a car wash which we accepted and it was also done double time. Great Job Richmond Boyd.

In the month of Dec 2015,, I have received, not once but twice, nothing short of 100 percent, of true, honest,, top of the line,, service. Wendy , at front desk, is unbelievably,,, amazing,, in her total care for a customer. Keith, Brian, Jamie, and all the guys, provide,,, over the top, craftsmanship, in all their work. Wow. Fantastic service. After I had some previous work done I noted that my expectations were exceeded. How to top that? Well I put a ding in my rear quarter panel and thought it would take some 3-4 days to repair. Darcy JB, Susan and their team far exceeded my expectations on the repair AGAIN, but this time through the holidays allowing us to be on our way earlier than thought. Quality is exceptional. Best shop ever. All my thanks to Boyd in Maple Ridge!!

I needed some scratches repaired and terry and Nikki we awesome, not only were they professional but they also wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy, so I brought my truck back for some minor issues and they fixed those as well Really good people who actually care about what the customer wants, never once did they fuss or show frustration as my issue we brought to their attention they just wanted to make me happy and that they did Great job wish there was more people like this in the service industry Thanks guys

Amazing customer service and exceptional work done. My car looks better than it did before the accident! Everyone at bridgeport was very friendly and informative, I never felt like I was being left out of the loop. If I ever need bodywork done, I will return to this location immediately!

The service that I received from Rose was wonderful. She helped me every step of the way and was very accommodating. She was able to get me a great quality windshield with a great cost. She was awesome, I truly appreciated her help and efforts. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also vacuumed the inside of my car which I was not expecting but it was a great treat. My experience was superb I would recommend them to any one I know or who ever is looking for any of their services. Great job and Merry Christmas :):)
