Even though I have heard the good words from friends about the service from Boyd, the service I got still beyond my expectation: the front desk service Sam has been so knowledgeable and work so quick! Joseph has called me several times keeping me updated; The manager has helped to arrange the courtesy car. ...more importantly the car turned out like brand new after the hard work from Rey Gelladuga ! The superb experience from the beginning to the end has eliminated the pain of getting into an car accident ! I have no hesitation to recommend this work shop to my friends and relatives when they needed. Thank you so much for everyone for doing such a great job!!!

The people who worked on my car impressed me because they were very fast with the repair and finished 3 days before the proposed date. Edward, who helped me out the entire time, was such a wonderful guy. I could tell that his clients is his first priority because he cared that I was on my 30 min lunch break everytime I came over to Boyds because the shop and my work schedule collides. Even though the repair was more on the pricey side, the service was excellent. Edward made sure I understood everything and comforted me the entire time since it was my first time coming to an auto shop.

I got rear ended and needed my entire bumper replaced and there was other damage to the car. Decided to try Boyd Auto Body instead of a repair shop nearer to me whom I had a bad experience with previously. Best decision of my life. I got my car back far sooner than expected and it was the cleanest I've ever seen it. Was super impressed with their customer service as I was notified throughout the process on when my car was going to be finished. Will be bringing my car to Boyd from now on. Thank you.

I initially brought my Jeep in for auto body work, followed by auto glass replacement. Larry M. far exceeded customer expectations by going the extra mile to accommodate my busy travel schedule with drop off and pick up at the Abbotsford Airport- early morning and late evening as a customer courtesy well beyond the normal business expectations of most corporations. In addition, the workmanship, professionalism, and customer first attitude are exemplary and representative of a tier 1 service provider. Thank you Boyd for your exceptional service!

Went in for glass chip repair. Reception (Samantha) was very courteious and helpful. The technician was done very quickly." and did a good job. They asked that I return to get windshield replaced when needed and I surely will. Will remember for future glass and autobody work and certainly recommend Boyd.

Excellent, friendly service. I've had a few claims over the years that required glass repair due to vandalism. The folks at Boyd have always been prompt, helpful, and friendly. I wouldn't go any place else!
