The people you have working at the Sooke rd location know their stuff. You wouldn't know the truck had ever had work done to it. Their time estimate was right on. The loaner car provided was very nice. Chris, Jamie and Wendy were very helpful.

On July 6th, I brought my car in for minor repairs due to a rear-ender! The service I received from Robin Soni and his staff was exceptional and beyond efficient. My car was ready ahead of time and I received it back in better than mint condition - repaired and totally cleaned and shiny. I was totally impressed with the level of care and expertise that was extended. It made my day and knowing that service such as this still exists. It will be easy to recommend THIS shop to anyone!!!

The whole staff provided great service. Jamie was very attentive and explained the whole process very well. They were also quick to get the work done and made sure I had a rental car in the meantime. I would definitely recommend them to other people I know.

This is the third time I have had a fantastic experience at Boyd due to the great customer service, care, and attention from Robyn S. Robyn is the reason I continue to bring my vehicle to Boyd because he goes above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle and I are taken care of. My vehicle was repaired quickly and looked brand new after the repairs. Both Robyn and Edward W. did an excellent job and I am very grateful that they care about providing the very best in customer service. Thank you, Robyn and Edward. I will continue to tell all my friends and family to take their vehicles to Boyd.
