The service we received for damage repair was prompt, efficient and of high quality. Even when there was difficulty connecting with the Intact adjuster Wendy went above and beyond to facilitate the claim and to accommodate vehicle pick-up by our neighbours as we were scheduled to go on vacation . That is itself was most appreciated. When Wendy realized our vacation had been cancelled due to unexpected surgery she offered to have our truck delivered to our home. The thoughtful gesture was sincerely appreciated as I was anxiously waiting for the doctor's call about my husband's surgical results. The young man who delivered our vehicle was kind and courteous. I would like to commend robin S.on his work. He was thorough and efficient. The car came back when he said it would. There were no setbacks and his idea of the cost was right in the ball park. I have seen Mr S. a couple of times for my car. He is always pleasant and most importantly makes something like a car accident less arduous. Mr S. knows his work and makes sure all the details are taken care of. My highest commendations.

I am very impressed with the quality of service I received. I have worked with Robyn S.i in the past. He is courteous knowledgeable and his work s always done on time and his estimates have always in range of the receipt of the final bill. Having a car accident is difficult enough. Having someone like Robyn help you through it makes the task less onerous. I highly recommend him.

Rose was awesome, I got a bad rock on the way to work, she dropped me back @ the office and had the truck ready by 2pm on the day before I had a long hiway drive. Pickup a cleanly washed truck with detailed floor mats. Nice service!!!

I had a very easy repair that required getting an estimate. I called the list of certified shops and Boyd was the only shop that could do the estimate the same day (other shops were booking min 7-10 days). Boyd ordered the part as soon as they received confirmation from my insurance and the repair was done the same day. That's how it should be done!

Not only does the car look pristine but the customer service provided by Robin and Prince was exceptional. There were a few concerns when I picked up my car, unrelated to the collision, and Robin went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe to drive. I will certainly come back for any other work I need done!
