It is December, it is cold, Windshield cracked. The Team at Boyd took my jeep washed the snow off of it, replaced the glass and even vacuumed! Nice job guys

Jas & Ross did a great job for me. Jas picked my vehicle, got the work done and drop off my car. I saved my full work day. I didn't need to go anywhere. They returned my vehicle with complete car wash from inside and outside. Special thanks to Ross. I will highly recommend to come at this location for auto body repair. Fantastic feedback from start to finish. Friendly and professional. Called me to touch base about where car was at with repair and when it would be ready. Car was clean outside and in, smelled good too! Excellent experience all around with all staff involved.

I had a fantastic experience from my first call made to the pick up of my van. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. I also received a courtesy vehicle which I hadn't expected. I would highly recommend!

Really professional and friendly staff. The set me up with a loaner car for the couple weeks they had my car so as to ensure I didn't incur any fees from having a ICBC rental. Service was very prompt and they kept me up to date on the repairs and took the time to show me what needed to done. All in all it was an excellent experience and I'd certainly recommend Boyd in general and specifically the Sooke Rd location if anyone needs auto body work done.

My SUV was broken into on Sunday night. I found out on my way to work. Boyd saved the day by getting me a rental, bringing it to my work, dropping it off and picking up my car. They returned my SUV the next day, to my work, looking PERFECT! They went above and beyond, cleaned my headlights free of charge, had her sparkling clean. Picked up The rental and returned it for me. I'm beyond impressed with the service I received and will use them whenever needed in the future. Thank you again for everything you did!!

My car had a nice dent and huge scrape running from the back door onto the back bumper. The crew at Boyd took care of me nicely. They loaned me a replacement car because my insurance didn't cover that. They are very organised, helpful and friendly. The actual work was top class; you wouldn't know the car was damaged! I would gladly recommend BOYD anytime!

Boyd went out of their way to get my window replaced in a matter of hours, rather than several days which everyone else I called quoted. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, and coming back to a well cleaned car was a great surprise.
