Yet again I find myself at Boyd Auto body in Maple Ridge due to being rear ended last Friday. When I called to ask what to do, Sue was amazing!! She told me to bring in my Escape & that Branden was available to take a look at it right away. Branden was super professional, called a guy out from the shop to take a look & he (sorry I didn't catch your name) calmed my fears, about driving my vehicle for a couple of days. It must have been my 'lucky' day, because Branden had received a cancellation for the following Monday & was able to fit me in, with a courtesy car!! I was kept up to date during the week my vehicle my vehicle was in, which I really appreciate. Today I got the call that my Escape was ready to pick up!! If I could leave 10 stars, I would! My vehicle got broken into and one call to Boyd was all it took to repair my vehicle. I would like to say thank you to all the friendly office staff that were more then happy to answer any & all questions I had. My vehicle looks great, (probably even better than before!) Before I left with my shiny new (looked brand new at least) ride, they were happy to go through the repair estimate line by line to show me exactly what was done. Great job to the attention to detail the detailer had! Thank you so much! I will always recommend anyone who needs repair work done to "Bring it to Boyd!"

I had a rock chip the size of a water droplet and I made an appointment the same day. They had me in and out in 15min. Steve, Bill, and Anthony were totally accommodating and attentive to my timeline. They even had good coffee for me. I'd recommend them and I would return for future service but hope I won't have to.

Better than 5 stars! Finding good service when it comes to your car - be it buying one, getting repairs, new windshield or body work usually means feeling uneasy about being ripped off, having to rearrange your schedule and waiting around - not at this place! So glad I asked for a recommendation online and found Robin and his team - they went above and beyond to help me get a new windshield and a few repairs - felt like I drove away with a new car. Cleaned it too! They worked with my schedule instead of just giving options. Made my life super easy. From start to finish - I couldn't be happier with their level of customer service. Highly recommend and wish all businesses were this easy to deal with!! thanks Robin and your team.

Was very pleased with the outstanding customer service and the repairs done to my '07 VW Golf. It took the sting out of an unpleasant experience when a motorcycle failed to stop and sideswiped my car. The last time I was here for Headlight Glass restoration, the Staff were very accommodating and most friendly. They were the same this time too. Mathew assessed the Windshield Chips with Bill, the Glass Expert. They offered to do it right away, even though it is Lunch Break. 15 minutes later, all are fixed. Paolo [Manager] reviewed the work before returning the car to me. All I can say they are awesome! Keep it up and you will attract more customers.
