I have dealt with your shop twice now this year. Once for a large repair after hitting a deer on my way to work, and a second time for a more minor cosmetic repair. I am very happy with the service I received, both from Wendy Sanderson at the front desk who made a stressful situation much easier to deal with - and also the excellent work done by the people in the shop. I only know one of their names, Chris, but they all seemed genuinely interested in making things right for me. I am impressed. Thank you.

Thank you so much ! I was at first worried that the paint colour wasn't going to match my new BMW but You guys have done such a fantastic job that i thought i have to write a feedback. My car looks brand new and no one can tell my car has been severely keyed. Thank you! I will definitely refer to my friends and family.

As soon as we walked into the Richmond shop, Manager Rishi Bakshi greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help. After inquiring the nature of our collision repair, he immediately came out of the shop with us to have a visual inspection of the damage, and gave a brief explanation of the work to be performed. Although we did not book an appointment, Rishi offered to take in our car right away and offered a complimentary courtesy car service, which picked us up from the Richmond shop directly to the rental car company. As promised, our car was ready for pick-up the next day. The Richmond shop delivered hassle-free, efficient, quality service which significantly exceeded our expectations. If anyone needs collision repair service, Boyd at Richmond would be our top recommendation. Thanks for the excellent service!

WOW!! I can't say enough about my experience at Boyd Autobody in Victoria. My car's front end was a write-off when it was towed to their facility. 10 days later, I had it back looking like new, as well as having been thoroughly detailed inside and out. All the while, I had use of one of their Toyota loaners which was handy and fuel efficient. Everyone (and I do mean that literally) from Michelle in the front office to the office manager to the body repairmen were the BEST I have ever had when having my car repaired ANYWHERE.
