The receptionist at the Victoria location was excellent! She was helpful and courteous! The repair was done well, and the staff even replaced stickers that I had on my windsheild. Also I contacted Boyd Autobody (my hometown) for suggestion and the receptionist, Denise Chassie, was outstanding, warm and helpful! She was informative, knowledgable and easy to talk to! I wish I was still living in Red Deer, only to have her to help me if I ever have autobody trouble with my car again. You should give her a raise!

Excellent work on repairing the door, I couldn't even tell anything had ever happened. However, in the process of repairing my door the rear bumper was scratched on the far left and right side. But Boyd wanting to give me the best repair job made sure to fix it and for that I will recommend you guys to everyone I know! Thanks again for the great work.

I needed repair work done after a minor accident. Robin was extremely helpful, courteous & professional in providing me with information necessary to consider my options for the repair. The repair work and service was excellent and fast.

When ICBC asked me where I wanted my vehicle fixed, I just randomly picked Boyd Autobody & Glass. I had never been there before. However, I am glad I made this choice because the service I received was excellent. My estimator, JB Khangura, was very helpful in explaining everything to me and making the whole process a lot easier for me. I arrived at the shop at the end of the day. JB approached me as I looked lost trying to figure out how to go about getting my vehicle fixed. He stayed late about 45 minutes just trying to explain what will be done on my vehicle and the whole process. When I went to pick up my fixed vehicle, JB walked me through the repairs. He explained everything that was done in simple language. This means a lot to someone who has limited knowledge about vehicles. In the future, Boyd Autobody & Glass will always ... be my first choice. In fact I will always recommend others to go there as well. Taran read more

I don't normally give feedback on services but taking the time is worth it for Boyd. From the moment I brought my car in to the moment I picked it up and afterwards, the service I received is what every customer wants but not always gets. I was most impressed when I first went to Boyd Autobody and Glass by the way I was welcomed so I felt good about the company I was about to deal with right off the bat. When I picked up my vehicle, it was just like new and spotless. Again, the staff were very friendly so I was left with a really good feeling about my whole experience with Boyd Autobody and Glass. "We were "shopping around" for a body shop when we met Rishi Bakshi. His excellent customer service and expertise impressed us. We were looking for the best possible deal because we did not have collision insurance. Rishi gave us a very good estimate to help us out and provided us with a very good estimate. We were surprised that we ended up paying a bit less at the end. This really help our economy. We were very happy with the price, the repairs and the excellent customer service provided by Rishi (he was very concerned for us as a family and treated us as a friend and not another customer/number) Thank you, Magali"
