Last month I had a minor collision leaving the passenger side of my car rough shape. As a student and a first time car owner, I was devastated and unsure what to do next. As an employee of Mayfair Lakes Golf and Country Club, I have had the privilege of getting to know Rishi Bakshi, the general manager of the Richmond location, thorough Boyd's event sponsorship around the Clubhouse. I have to honestly say that I had a great overall experience at this location. At all times the staff were friendly and accommodating. Rishi was helpful and communicative through the entire process. Prior to this incident, I had never had any body work done on my car and Rishi patiently answered all of my many questions about the process. Upon completion of the repairs I was impressed at the overall quality of the work, and the extra time they put in to detail ... the interior. It looks fantastic. Finally, as an individual working two jobs, I was unable to make it to the shop pick up my car during hours of operation. However, they assured me this was no problem at all and they went the extra mile to bring my vehicle to me. The team at Vancouver Boyd was amazing. The job was a simple tailgate replacement, but there was some confusion involving the fleet company and insurance company. No fault whatsoever of Boyd's. The team was great at keeping me appraised of where things stood regarding the repair status and approvals, and as soon as fleet and insurance got on the same page, the repair was completed promptly. I never felt out of the loop or lost for information. I would choose Boyd Vancouver again solely based on the customer service.

I dropped my vehicle off for glass repair, when I picked it back up after work not only did my windshield look spectacular but they detailed my car - inside & out! They really went above and beyond!! I will highly recommend! The staff was also very courteous and professional. Thanks Boyd's!

"Just a note to say "Thank You" for the excellent customer service I received at your Richmond location. I came in to get a windshield chip repaired and was assisted by Rishi who was friendly, knowledge and honest in his assessment of the damage and repairs required. Taking my car in for repairs etc. is usually such a stressful process for me because i am bombarded with unfamiliar jargon and feel pressured to purchase additional services that i do not require. This was not my experience this time; thank you Rishi for a great experience. I would highly recommend this location of Boyd Autobody to family and friends."

I have never felt the need to leave feedback for any motor vehicle service or repair in my lifetime, until I met Rishi Bakshi. I am so impressed with Rishi's attention to customer service - and I am so happy to finally find an autobody shop to call home.

Came home to a smashed window yesterday, and have a new window today. Rishi was super helpful and kind, never felt like you were getting ripped off (always scared of that), kept me in the loop on what was happening throughout the day and even managed to fix the glass below my insurance deductible (cheaper!). Also a sign that he wasn't going to charge me anything and everything because he knew insurance would pay for it.... Awesome service, will return if I ever have autobody/glass issues with my car. (they were able to pick me up and drop me off at work, which was also extremely convenient and even cleaned my car pretty thoroughly)
