Paolo and his team took real good care of me, turning an unpleasant accident into a pleasant customer experience. The first time I was impressed was when they offered to give me a ride home after I dropped off my car. Paolo kept in touch with me over email and phone, sending me continuous updates and helping me navigate the world of insurance, estimated vehicle value and the rest of the process. When I got my car back, it was in better condition than before the accident! They even cleaned the interior and gave it a thorough wash. Very impressed and would definitely come back again.

I was totally satisfied with the service provided by Boyd Autobody in the repair of damages to my vehicle. All the staff were very courteous and friendly, and the repairs to my car were executed promptly and professionally. I hope I won't have to resort to Boyd Auto Body again, but if I do, that's the auto body repair outfit I'll be going to.

The service I received was excellent ! I brought my car in for body work as my car had been hit and had a sizeable amount of damage. They arranged for a rental car for me and did an amazing job in repairing my vehicle and had it back to me within a week. I highly recommend Boyd !! Thank You again for such great service.

White is new again. Almost afraid to drive it in case I get a scratch. Tanya and Dalibor and team did a great job. They were amazingly quick and took care of all the details such as dealing with the insurance and car rental. Even touched up a couple of spots on my Honda Fit that were not accident related. Great service by the Vancouver location! Robin picked up and dropped off my vehicle once it was all finished with a new bumper. I didn't have to do anything except call them and they did everything for me.... Great Service. My truck looks like brand new again! You guys rock!!

I had a problem with water leaking into my car from the windshield. I dealt with Kelton A. to arrange to have a new windshield installed. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He also arranged a courtesy ride home for me. The job was done quickly and it seems to have solved my problem. I no longer have a problem with water leaking. Thanks folks at Boyd!
