The work itself was done well and my car was cleaned afterwards which is always a nice surprise. The customer service experience was excellent, however, and really helped to streamline the process. Samantha Tan was very professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

The staff at Richmond Boyd Autobody was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. They did an excellent job of repairing the damages to my car and worked quickly to get my car back to me as soon as possible. They also took the time to do a few extra details and touch ups to my car without me having to ask them to, which I really appreciated. Great job and highly recommended.

There is no other bodyshop that I would bring my vehicle to. This is the 3rd time I have needed work, and again I have yet to be disappointed. From getting checked in at the front from Samantha, to the follow up calls from Joseph about my vehicle status, and finally from Paolo explaining what was repaired and how everything fit just like it did before the accident. Excellent staff, very friendly, and most importantly a flawless repair. My van way sparkling new when I got it back from you guys. I never knew the van, being 10 years old now, could look like this again. Thanks to Paolo and the whole team at Boyd Autobody & Glass at the Richmond location for a job well done. Keep up the good work!!

I had the absolute best experience at Boyd in Maple Ridge. I brought my car in, and within half an hour I got it back, repaired, and looking as new as when I first bought it. Don and Duane went above and beyond my expectations, and I can confidently say that I was 150% satisfied with both the corrected damage and their customer service. It's an incredible feeling to get the kind of service I got at Boyd from Don and Duane. I will not hesitate to refer people to them if they want guaranteed satisfaction. What I thought would be a complicated and long fix was repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. 5 stars to Don and Duane!

Repair was done to a dent in the door, caused by an inconsiderate driver opening his door. Communication and total service by Boyd were excellent. We're very satisfied with the result. Russel F. was most helpful and very clear about the procedure. Thank you, Boyd.

Car came in with scratches to left side of vehicle for an ICBC claim. The shop polished these 3 panels, it turned out great and only charged me $50.00 for less than an hour to polish. They saved me 250.00! A great friendly service they provided, great job! Thank you!

My Acura 2014 MDX was damaged at the Kelowna Acura Dealership. The MDX was drivable and I live in Abbotsford. They asked where I would like to have the vehicle repaired. Many years ago I had a good experience with Boyd, Abbotsford. I suggested their name the dealership made the arrangements. Monday October 27 Boyd Peardonville were waiting for me. Their friendly professional attitude put me at ease as Neil evaluated the damage and performed the necessary paperwork and informed me the car would be ready four days later and would meet and surpass Acura Standards. I pick the MDX up on Friday and inspected it closely. The repairs and the paint job were fantastic. The loan vehicle was spotless and easy to drive.
