I would like to thank Boyd Autobody & Glass in Sherwood Park for going above & beyond with my recent insurance claim. I received fast friendly service. The quality of work was outstanding. Renee & his team went above and beyond with after service care; a small piece of molding came off the vehicle as a result of the initial collision, they replaced it no charge & no hassle. Great job!

Absolutely phenomenal! These guys went above and beyond - so thrilled with the service, attention to detail and communication. Truly exceptional. My truck was done quickly, very high quality repair work and zero headache. Worked with Intact to ensure things went smoothly for me, booked my rental and even worked with another Boyd location to transfer the file when I was unhappy with the service at the other location. I'd never made an insurance claim before, so was stressed about the process and that my truck would not be pre-hit & run condition. These guys made it a breeze. Especially Alykhan who was a phenomenal communicator and truly made me feel at ease.

I am a repeat customer at Boyd's and I would like to thank Vince for doing such a great job with my Sierra truck. His attention to detail and the quality of work has been excellent. Vince kept me updated at each stage of the repair, and although it was in the shop for an extended period, Vince made sure it was worth the wait. I wish all service companies had staff like Vince - he was simply excellent and he took the extra effort to even help me unlock my door when I stupidly locked my keys in the vehicle when I came to pick it up. First class service that I would highly recommend!

I crash my 2015 highlander into a yield sign last month,I towed to Boyd 32nd street location,I was worried about my car because after accident the car never look like before,insurance suggested me some other body shops but I choose boyd 32nd,the reason is I had a good experience with this shop,the damage was close to 10000 $ they took 3 weeks when I got the car back it looks like brand new,I was worried about colour match because it was Tri-stage(white pearl),but the painters did a good job no one can tell it's been painted it's matching 100%factory,and I am 100%satisfied with the work,they detailed my car in and out,they did a really good job thank you guys for doing such a nice work,I will recommend this shop to my friends and family. Thank you Jim

I was in an accident a few weeks ago and took my vehicle to Boyd, Yvonna and Larry kept me updated though out the whole process. I`ve had issues with call backs and getting information from even my own insurance, but they both kept me updated every couple of days. My vehicle was done 1 week earlier than anticipated, and they had it detailed inside and out. What a great job they did, can`t say enough about the service and quality of the repair.Thank you very much to everyone at Boyd!!! Through this whole experience the repairs were the only thing that went smooth!! Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Boyd's! I opted to pay out of pocket rather than going through insurance for the repairs to my truck, and they - specifically Ron, worked very hard to find the least expensive alternatives for me - yet completely repaired like brand new! For example, rather than having to buy a brand new door, he found a used one that replicates a brand new one - saved me a significant amount of money! I thank him sincerely and hope that I do not need to see him again, but if do need an autobody in my future, it will be Boyd's!! Thank you Ron and all those who made my truck look like new again!!

Just a thanks to Brent and the staff at Boyds St. Albert, AB. The repairs were completed as we expected they would be. Boyds was the only appraisal that we got as they were the only place I would take my vehicle for repair. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming every time we went in. Thanks again.
