They set up an appointment for the next day :) They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The appraiser, Archie, truly knows his stuff. He followed miniscule trails of damage to uncover the true issues. He got the estimate prepared quickly; while I was at the location. When they realized the first appointment was over a month away they suggested a different location so I could get the repairs done faster. Where there was confusion with the other location, they called and cleared up the misunderstanding so I could get my car in at the end of this month instead of next. It was a very good experience following the pain of an accident. Thanks gang! Hopefully my April 17 repairs will go as smoothly.

I would highly recommend this location of Boyd Auto to everyone. The service was great, and the work was exceptional. Completed in a very timely matter. Constant updates were very much appreciated. I never had to wonder what the progress was on my vehicle. Very friendly, courteous, and professional staff. This place is five star!!

My experience at this location was beyond excellent even from the moment I walked in the door and the receptionist greeted me. I originally had my truck booked into a different autobody shop that my insurance company had on their approved imaging shops list however their lack of customer service and honesty was appalling, therefore I called this Boyd Autobody location and they were able to accomodate my repairs in a timely fashion so as I did not incur any additional charges on my rental vehicle. Not only did I receive updates through the entire process but in the end my truck was totally detailed inside and out. I definately will and already have reccommended this autobody shop to my friends. Thanks for a great job.

Repair to paint on right rear door on Cadillac CTS, which included painting the rear quarter and blend to the front door. Brian Haslam explained the repair in detail and the match of the paint was superb, your painter knows his craft (please let him know). I am writting because I was so VERY impressed with not only the quality of work that was done to my vehicle but also because of the AMAZING service and friendly staff. We came in and they were friendly right away, checked out my vehicle and gave us a quote with in minutes. Then we were told they would be able to get it done with in few hours. Because I needed to be home for my kids they then got another staff member to give myself and my youngest son a ride home, which was all the way in the FAR NW. VERY impressive, I have never experienced such great and friendly service. Then when my car was done they were willing to come and pick me up to get my car (even with as far as I live from them) or deliver it to me, I was totally shocked at the lengths they were willing to go to help out their customer. What a job well done. I took my truck to Boyd's for hail damage repairs, estimated by the insurance co. at $2000. Final tally was $4500 all in. But the work was top notch. There is no damage visible, all dents have been repaired, hood and fender were repainted and the paint match is perfect with my red truck. The work looks great, has a great warranty as well. I loved the updates on Tues. and Thurs., they kept me informed on what's going on, I never felt out of the loop. And the detailing job done when the work was done, perfect. I'm a picky guy when it comes to detailing my truck, and they did a wonderful job making a 6 yr old truck look new. Thanks to all the guys at Boyd's for making me a repeat customer if necessary, you really earned top marks from me.

Very super service and parts at this location. Took it to Boyd for repairs after a collision in early September. Have had nothing but problems since. Headlights were not aligned correctly, radiator fluid was not refilled and now the replaced headlight doesn't work. Never going back and will be reporting shoddy workmanship to my insurance company.

I just wanted to mention that my car was beautifully repaired and detailed. You know I’ve been in your shop for repairs a few times. Please don’t feel badly about the mishaps this past week. I know that’s not how things are usually done in your shop and, being in the business, I know unexpected things happen sometimes. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future! Plus, I really do appreciate how well all of you looked after me, in fact, above and beyond the call of duty! You’ll be happy to know that this morning my car was nicely thawed and looking awesome!
