Took my girlfriend's Dodge Caliber here for body repair on the front end, after a collision. Found the people that I was in contact with at the Boyd Autobody, to be very friendly, and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle while it was in for repairs. When I went to pick up the car after receiving notice it was ready, I was very impressed with the workmanship and effort put into fixing the car. It looked brand new. Furthermore, I was also pleasantly surprised when I opened the door and saw that they had done a complete cleaning of the interior as well. Something that they didn't have to do, yet did anyway. One of the employee's, named Jason explained all the work they did to restore it to its original condition, and was polite and friendly , and answered any questions I had. I was pleased with the services, everybody was very friendly. My car took a little longer then what was estimated however I had to go back because I found a part left in the trunk of my car. But when I took it in I was taken in right away.

Every interaction from my first contact with the shop to picking up my car, I felt informed and supported by Boyd's. Each member of the team was friendly and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the coordination with the rental company, as well as the regular updates on the status of my repairs. The actual work done looks great and I will come back for any future repairs!

Boyd Auto has been Amazing. The Service was EXCELLENT! My insurance company would not cover the insurance on my rental - BOYD stepped in and covered my rental insurance! They were AMAZING and made the experience totally painless. Absolutely coming back for all my needs!!

Nice work, and it was completed sooner than expected. On a side note, if you are looking at promoting your business further, you may want to consider providing your employees with 'Boyd branded' shirts and jackets.
