What a great experience. When you get into an accident you think of how horrible everything is... Your mood becomes instantly miserable towards everything and everyone, BUT i was fortunate enough to have such a professional team of associates repair my vehicle. Great service. numerous delays meant my car took a lot longer than promised, but Ken promised to cover my extra rental expenses so I was satisfied; Tammy (reception) was very polite and helpful; Ken returned my calls promptly and addressed all of my concerns; the work looks very good; I would reccommend this location to others
