They had my truck for a long period of time, however they called me twice a week as promised and kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. It was excellent customer service. A happy customer will always return. Well done.

Was impressed by the way that the employee's took freat care in handling the repairs, the way they explained all that was to happen with the truck. First accident in over 30years of driving, so thank you's for making it a much easier experience to deal with!

It was so wonderful to be treated so nice by all the staff. This is a switch from my previous experiences in the last year. I had 3 collision claims in the last year with another vehicle. The reception is attentive and I was greeted immediately, the appraisers were awesome and my appointment was when you said it would be and I got my vehicle back when promised. SO EXCELLENT. I will definitely be back and will definitely refer people I know. Thanks so much for the great job and making me feel great about customer service again.
