They had the vehicle for a long time, however they called me twice a week as promised and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Car looks great, nice and clean and i am happy.

WOW hail damages to my car i dropped my truck off at 8 am, and got a call at 3pm of the same day saying it was completed. I couldn't believe it so i brought the rental with me to the shop to investigate, to my surprise it was done, cleaned and shinning like a new car in a show room. Can you say proficient, fast, wow, amazing? I will be calling my insurance company to congratulate and commend Boyd's. Thanks

I dropped my vehicle off a week earlier than planned as I was going out of town to have the bumper repaired and painted on my 2007 Honda Ridgeline. The facility felt they could get it done by Friday when I was scheduled to return. Upon calling on Thursday, while out of town, Ken said that their painter did not show up and the vehicle would not be ready until end of business on Monday. When I called Ken on Monday he indicated that given the condition of the bumper and the time constraints to deliver on Monday, he had replaced the bumper with a new one and painted it to match the vehicle. I was concerned about the cost, however he indicated they were sticking to the original estimate. I was delighted with the work and the price and feel I got a better quality job without any additional cost. I'm not sure if they made any money on the work, ... however I will have no hesitation in returning for any other work I may require in the future and will let my friends and associates know of the good treatment I received. read more

Drew and the folks at Boyd ROCK!!! I was in a car accident, rear ended, which left me with physical injuries that I'm still working through. Even though the damage to my car was minimal (you wouldn't even know I was in an accident), I needed to have it properly looked at and repaired. So, I filed a claim the same day of the accident and began the process of walking through this difficult situation as I've never been in a car accident before. When I came to Boyd for the initial assessment of my car and subsequent estimate, Drew Turnbull took a look and captured pictures of the damage. He was professional, friendly, and very understanding about my situation. He was also very reassuring in that Boyd could handle and repair my car. That was a huge weight off my shoulders as I was, and still am, dealing with my physical healing. I am truly ... thankful and grateful to God that Drew and the folks at Boyd were there to help me along. It was a wonderful and delightful experience to deal with everyone at Boyd, Edmonton Trail, Calgary. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision or glass repair. One of the highlights? THEY CLEANED THE INSIDE OF MY CAR BEFORE I CAME TO PICK IT UP!!!!!!!!!! They must have known I'm a procrastinator when it comes to that! LOL Thanks Boyd!!! We were very pleased with Boyd! They were efficient, friendly, and thorough. They carefully assessed the damage to our car, explained the repair process, and kept in touch on a regular basis. Ultimately, they just did a really great job. While we hope not to need their services again (we wouldn't want to be rear-ended again!), we would return to them for future repairs. We should add that our claim was handled entirely by our insurance company (we were not at fault for the damage, and we did not have to pay for the deductible). The process between Boyd, the insurance company, and the car rental company was seamless. It made what could have been a very stressful situation relatively pleasant. Thanks!

Hands down the best Autobody repair shop that I have gone to. They were polite and professional while also being able to talk casually about the repair. It was completed and the results are above and beyond what I could have hoped for, they even cleaned off a huge grease stain from the front of my vehicle which I thought was going to take me hours of work. I cannot express how pleased I am.
