They made sure my vehicle was in as soon as possible, and ready quickly, providing me with a rental vehicle in the meantime so I could continue on with my with business and daily life. I received excellent service at this location! Drew completed the estimate and was very thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done. The day I dropped my vehicle off, Linda took care of me right away and was very friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call later that day that my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. A nice touch was that it had been washed and detailed and it looked great! Thanks Boyd, I will definitely recommend you to anyone that is in need of a vehicle repair!

The service was tremendous. Mark and Linda were very pleasant and professional. They explained all the steps involved in my repair, arranged for my rental call, etc. Also, on the morning of my appointment day there were 3 of us that arrived at the same time. One of the customers had got out of the wrong side of the bed and was very angry as he had neglected to get a damage sticker. Linda and Mark both handled this rude customer in a pleasant and helpful way even though he had no right to treat them so poorly. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Thank you. This is my first experience with Boyd --- 1st class all the way! All of my concerns and questions were dealt with in a professional manner. The personnel at this location are top-rate. I would not hesitate to award them 10 out of 10. Special mention to Linda Laurie [office manager] and also to Mark Pekala [estimator]. A pleasant surprise was that my repaired vehicle was washed and detailed!!!

The service was very professional and friendly, really nice staff. Promised phone calls regarding status of vehicle were actually followed though with. My vehicel was done when they said it would be and I was very happy with how it looked. thank you so much for detailing the entire vehicle, what a nice bonus! Customer service is so important, you guys did that very well. I hope not to have to be back but if I did, I would certainly come back to this location.
